We produce high quality books from authors' worthwhile manuscripts, in soft cover and hardcover in jacket, and make copies available for sale wherever books are sold worldwide through bookstores and Internet booksellers.

Publishing your book is free - we pay all costs of copies sold and split 50/50 with authors the money left over after paying the printers and wholesalers.

The author promises to place one advance order for a small number of copies at up to 50% off the agreed list price; details below:

Author/Publisher Responsibilities

Authors keep their copyright.

Publisher receives exclusive right to publish manuscript in book form and any other form.

Authors are responsible for the grammar, punctuation, and spelling of their manuscript.

Publisher is responsible for layout and design of the text and cover.

Publisher pays all costs of publication.

Publisher pays Authors 4 times a year, half the money left over from quarterly sales after paying the printers and distributors.

Authors promise to place an advance order when their book goes to the press at the following discounts off the agreed list price - choose one:

150 copies at 50% off

75 copies at 20% off

	Below is an example of how we calculate a minimum list price for a book:
US$0.017	cents. Printing cost per page
108	Minimum page count for a soft cover 5x8, 5.5x8.5, or 6x9
US$1.84	Printing cost of text
US$1.00	Printing cost of cover in full color
US$2.84	Printing cost of this book example
US$2.00*	Minimum royalty - Author can choose a higher amount.
US$2.00	Publisher's share - Publisher receives the same amount the author
US$6.84	Total cost so far to pay Printer, Author, and Publisher
US$6.84**	Maximum of 50% discount allowed buyers such as wholesalers
US$13.67	Calculated list price to pay Printer, wholesaler, Author, Publisher
US$13.98	Published list price for 108 page book at maximum 50% discount to wholesalers and US$2.00 royalty yield to Author and US$2.00 profit to Publisher and the remainder for printing costs.

*	Authors can set a higher royalty yield than US$2 per book

**	Wholesalers do not keep their 50% of the list price. They discount to book retailers like Amazon.com and Barnes And Noble up to 40%.
	Book retailers do not always keep the 40% either, often discounting 20%00 to 30% to the public.

Generally, we would want to sell a book for as low a list price as possible.
